Keto Options at Bagels & Beans
You can stick to keto avoiding the bagels and the menu with a bagel on it.
I don’t recommend ordering a filled bagel and discarding the bagel for just the toppings; toppings are not enough, and you might still be hungry.
Instead, order a salad, discard the croutons, and when possible, ask for extra topping. Sauces comes in a jar apart, so you have the options to avoid the sauces as well.
The keto salad at Bagels & Beans:
- Wild Alaskan Salmon Japanese Style: with wood-smoked
- wild Alaskan salmon, buckwheat salad mix, teriyaki sauce,
- sesame seaweed flakes & mixed lettuce.
- Panzanella: with warm grilled vegetables, buffalo mozzarella,
- Parmigiano Reggiano, tomato bagel croutons,
- tomatoes, pesto, mix of pine nuts, basil & rocket. Remove the croutons.
Keto Drinks at Bagels & Beans
Bagels & Beans is specialised in coffee, so go for it! The keto options are water, coffee, and tea:
- Espresso
- Cortado
- Ristretto
- Coffee
- Tea, several flavours
- Water
Sugar-free soda is unavailable, as they have an organic Italian brand, but it contains sugar.
They also serve juices, but you won’t find a keto option.
The juice lowest in carb is the Strawberry Juice, which is diluted with pineapple juice.
