Il mio spezzafame preferito ora che cerco di aumentare le proteine giornaliere. Solo 3 ingredienti:
100 ml albumi
40 g formaggio spalmabile
120 g petto di pollo in fette

Preriscalda il forno a 180. Mischia gli ingredienti usando un robot da cucina.  Dividi il composto in 6 pirottini in silicone. Cuoci per circa 20 minuti.
Lascia raffreddare i muffin per almeno 1 ora.
Macros:
42 calorie
Carbs 0,2 gr
Proteine 7 gr
Grassi 1,4 gr

NYC Photo dump. 🚕 🇺🇸 🗽

I had a blast exploring NYC and I managed to eat keto and low-carb every day - except when I decided to not to - because it’s an holiday and I wanted to try some particular food or enjoy it.

Eating keto in NYC is very easy - high protein not so much - but is it ever?

Even if I walked more than 30.000 steps every day + morning workout - I feel a bit bloated - must be the warm - the fats - the carbs - the stipsi hahahah - the humidity - IDK - but I don’t feel guilty at all.

I am surprised I really didn’t force myself choosing the best choices 80% of the time - even if sometimes the low-carb options were quite disappointing.

🪣 I fulfilled almost all my bucket list of keto food that I had before the departure.

KETO:

🍔 Keto burger at @bareburger_nyc
🥙Bowl at @chipotle

Unfortunately there were a few things I couldn’t try - I will talk about this in a future post (on my blog).

The best NOT KETO food I tried:

🥪Pastrami sandwich at @katzsdeli
( well toss the bread and actually is keto and high-protein).
🍩 Cronut from @dominiqueansel
🌭 A real American hot dog from @nathanshotdogtx
🥨 Soft pretzel with cheese at Liberty Island - totally unexpected - I was starving and I saw it and it was amazing.

I also try chicken and waffle but I couldn’t finish it - the combo is just not right.

Overall I haven’t eat that much. The trick was a big high protein breakfast everyday - to keep my satiety till late afternoon.
