🇬🇧🇮🇹Vanilla cold frothed cream coffee 🇬🇧🇮🇹Vanilla cold frothed cream coffee • KETO / Caffé con crema Fredda alla vaniglia • CHETO 

Yesterday I had a Starbucks cream cold brew - but I am sure they put sugar on the cream. 
So I made my own - thank you Peppe for telling me after years that Nespresso Aereoccino has a cold function - are you keeping any more secret from me? 🤣

For 1 badass Vanilla cold frothed cream coffee:
2 spoons Sugar free vanilla syrup 
250 ml cold coffee (Americano or brewed) 
8-10 ice cubes 
50 ml heavy cream (30-35% fat)
Few drops sweetener (optional)

Mix the cream with 1 spoon of vanilla syrup and sweetener and start frothing (cold option).
Add 1 spoon of vanilla syrup in your glass. 
Add in the coffee and ice cubes. 
Top up with the frothed cream and enjoy.

Per 1 Caffé con crema Fredda alla vaniglia:
2 cucchiai Sciroppo vaniglia senza zucchero 
250 ml caffè freddo (Americano o filtrato) 
8-10 cubetti ghiaccio 
50 ml crema liquida (30-35% grassi)
Qualche goccia dolcificante (opzionale)

Mischia la crema con 1 cucchiaio di sciroppo e il dolcificante. Inizia a montare nel monta latte (opzione a freddo).
Aggiungi 1 cucchiaio di sciroppo nel fondo del bicchiere. 
Aggiungi il caffè e il ghiaccio.
Infine aggiungi la crema montata a freddo. Pronto!

200 gr strawberries
100 gr heavy cream
Few drops sweetener
For the covering:
250 gr Funky Fat Foods (you can choose your favorite flavour)

Instructions:

In a blender, mix all the strawberries, the cream and the sweetener.
Divide the mixture in 4 ice cream moulds.
Freeze for at least 5 hours. 
For the covering:
Melt your Funky Fat Choc in a water bowl.
Transfer the melted chocolate in the tall glass.
One by one, dig your ice creams into the melted chocolate
Let them rest on a sheet of parchment paper, until the chocolate is set.

This is the real Italian lunch in the summer. 

Ingredients (2 portions)
🍚400 gr cauliflower rice 
🍚Tuna (in water)
🍚Ham blocks and/or würstel 
🍚40gr cheese, in blocks 
🍚10 olives 
🍚Low-carb Mayo or oil as needed 

Directions

Cook for 5-10 min the rice in a pan. 
In the meantime - gather all the ingredients into a medium bowl. 
Pour the rice, still warm in the bowl with all the ingredients, mixing well. 
Allow the rice to cool down and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours. You can mix some mayo or olive oil to make it tastier.

Ingredienti
🍚400 gr riso di cavolfiore 
🍚Tonno al naturale 
🍚Prosciutto a cubetti/würstel 
🍚40 gr formaggio
🍚10 olive 
🍚Maionese senza zucchero O olio

Istruzioni

In una padella, cuoci per circa 5-10 minuti il riso.

Trasferisci il riso in una ciotola di medie dimensioni, dove precedentemente hai già messo i condimenti.
Lascia riposare a temperatura ambiente, e poi riponi in frigo per almeno 3 ore.
Aggiungi se vuoi olio o mayo.
