Trying New Foods | July 2026

I hope you’re having a lovely summer! I’m spending mine trying not to eat too much ice cream and staying consistent with my workouts and nutrition.

I’m keeping cooking to a minimum—still doing meal prep, but with a bit more flexibility.

Here are a few new products I tried this summer of 2026 and have been absolutely loving!

Fit Pudding | XXL Nutrition

Available in two flavors: Vanilla-Caramel and Vanilla-Chocolate.

Since I’m not a huge caramel fan, I’ve only tried the Vanilla-Chocolate one-and I’m obsessed!
The taste is so good, and the two-tone swirl is so satisfying.

Per 200 g jar: 170 calories and 20 g of protein.

Protein Milk | AH

For months, I had been using the Campina High Protein milk, but last month I noticed a new AH High Protein milk on the shelves—and it’s even better than the Campina one (and cheaper too!).

Per 100 ml: 50 calories, Fat 0,1 gr, carbs 4,7 gr, 7,5 gr protein

Lentil Wafels | AH

This is a very new product from AH. I used to stock my pantry with the protein corn wafers, but these are even higher in protein!

Values for 4 wafers: Calories 86, 0,4 gr fat, 12 g carbs, 7 gr protein

Tartaar

I’ve been looking for low-fat ground beef for months, and I finally found it – right under my nose: it’s called tartaar (5% fat)!

It’s definitely more expensive than regular beef, but I’d rather go for quality over quantity.

Protein Ice Cream | Muscle Meat

The new ice-cream from Muscle meat, available also in Vanilla flavor.

Beef Bone Broth | Broth Way

I was missing bone broth, so I bought the regular flavor from Brothway at Holland & Barrett—and I really like it!
