These are my top picks for favorite keto snacks that I always bring with me when I attend a concert. I often find myself having to wait in long queues to secure a good spot near the stage. Unfortunately, concert venues, much like movie theaters, rarely offer options that cater to people following a keto diet.

Keto bars are the best: they are wrapped, resist high temperatures,s and are easy enough to be eaten on the line.

Keto chocolate is the perfect snack for taste and energy. Be mindful: if the day is warm, it can easily melt (hardly in the NL, LOL).

Cheese blocks are easy to eat. I often pair them with salami. You can find nice plastic boxes at Albert Heijn or Hema.
Low-carb Candies
Sometimes I take with me sugar-free candies (with no Maltitol of course).

Water and Sugar-free beverages
Staying hydrated is fundamental during the events. I like to take with me some vitamin water or sugar-free soda. I also like to mix BCAA in a small bottle.
