I was lucky enough to savor all four flavors: Pistachio, Chocolate, Almond, and Berries.

KEgelaTO flavors
Among all the flavors, my heart belonged to the Pistachio. Giancarlo, one of the creators, revealed it is made with high-quality pistachio paste, and the authenticity of the taste was undeniable.
The Chocolate flavor was equally impressive, with an intense and pleasurable richness that doesn’t feel heavy on the palate.
The taste of the Almond flavor was more subtle, it proved to be the perfect complement to keto Nutella or any other flavor. Berries offered a delicate and creamy option that fruit lovers would undoubtedly relish.
Unlike typical sugary ice creams that leave you parched, KEgelaTO does not induce an unquenchable thirst. And I ate a lot of gelato that afternoon!
The Ingredients
Speaking of ingredients, KEgelaTO is free from sugar or unhealthy substitutes – like Maltitol. The formula is entirely low-carb, sugar-free, and approved for those following a keto lifestyle.
The best part is that it’s suitable for diabetics too. Rigorously tested at Modena University, the gelato boasts a Glycemic Index of just 48.
