You can find Smaakt crackers at Albert Heijn and Holland and Barrett.
RAW Seeds Crackers
Made of water and seeds, 11 gr of carbs per 100 grams.
Available at Jumbo and Dirk (where they are sold for a better price).
Low-carb crackers in the Netherlands
If you are not on keto, but still following a low-carb diet, you will have to find several low-carb crackers.
Here, I mention only the valid low-carb crackers: many times I find low-carb crackers and discover that the carbs is still high.
Leev crackers
Available in many flavors, for example, flax seeds, rosemary, and bruschetta. They contain gluten and normal flour, but in small quantities, so the carbs are very low. You can find Leev crackers in many supermarkets, such AH, Plus, and even Xenox.
Raw crackers
All the RAW crackers are low-carb. The only keto version is the one made with flaxseeds.
Available at Holland and Barrett and Jumbo.
Tasty Basics crackers
Tasty Basics crackers are available basically in every store, from AH, to Jumbo, to Holland and Barrett.
All the types are made of a different mix of seeds. They all contain flour, so not suitable for a keto diet. The carbs are very low, around 15 gr per 100 gr.
