High Protein Lazy Lasagna: easy, faster than a normal lasagna and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 250 g beef ground, low fat
  • 200 g tomato sauce, without added sugar, I recommend Heinz
  • Salt and desired spices
  • 4 Lasagna sheets (80 g)
  • 80 gr Philadelphia High Protein

Tools Needed

  • 2 pans

Instructions

Cook the beef: Lightly oil a pan and cook the ground beef over medium heat.
Add salt, pepper, and any spices you like.

Prepare the pasta: While the beef is cooking, boil the lasagna sheets until soft (not fully cooked).
Cut them into small pieces and set aside.

Add the sauce: Once the beef is fully cooked, add the tomato sauce and mix well.

Combine everything Add the pasta pieces into the pan and mix.
Let everything cook together until the pasta is soft and easy to chew.

Make it creamy: Lower the heat and add the cream cheese.
Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.

Make it Keto

To make it keto, you just need to:

  • Switch the lasagna sheet with with keto-friendly options:
    1. Zucchini or Eggplant Slices, cut in thin slices. Lightly salt the slices and let them sit to release moisture, then pat dry. Grill or bake them briefly to prevent sogginess in your lasagna
    2. Low-carb Tortillas. Cut the tortillas into smaller shapes if needed to fit your baking dish.

Storing tips

Store the lasagna in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 1 month, in single portions.
