Despite the amount of mouse-shaped cookies, fries and pop-corn, it is possible to eat keto and low-carb at Disneyland Paris.
There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and food tracks, in all the Disneyland area:
Disneyland Park: the main park
Disney Studios Park: known as the second park
Disney Village, right outside the parks, no admission to visit this area
Tips to stay keto & Low-carb at Disneyland Paris
Always organize your trip and follow the tips to stay keto on holiday.
Here are a few tips specifically for Disneyland:
- Bring your own sweetener, as there is no sweetener in Disneyland
- Bring your own keto snacks, don’t worry, you can bring your own food inside the parks
- Look the menu of the restaurants beforehand: this is a complete list of the restaurants in Disneyland Paris
- You may need to reserve a table, especially during peak season
- Stay hydrated, take with you a reusable bottle, you can refill it in the fountains for free
Keto & Low-carb Breakfast at Disneyland Paris
Check always your hotel to see the breakfast menu: won’t be hard at all finding an hotel that serve international breakfast.
Another options is taking with you your products for breakfast, such as keto cereals and keto bars.
A few places to eat breakfast at Disneyland Paris (Disney Village, no admission required):
- Mc Donalds – the best options is a bun-less burger (read here how to eat keto at Mc Donalds)
- Annette’s Diner – American breakfast, leave out juice and pancakes.
Keto & Low-carb Lunch and Dinner at Disneyland Paris
Food trucks and cafe mainly sell fried foods, sugar cookies or candies, or other no keto-friendly products.
Luckily, restaurants have numerous keto and low-carb options. Of course, remember to remove bread, fries, sauce from the meals if necessary. Also notice that for some foods you won’t be able to remove sauces or ingredients.
I divided the restaurants into 3 groups, depending on the area.
Best Keto & Low-carb Options at Disneyland Park Paris
Agrabah Cafe This is an Aladdin themed buffet restaurant. Here you can mix and match your meal, selecting veggies and meat and fish cuts.
Captain Jack’s – Pirates themed restaurant. Mostly fish recipes.
Au Chalet de la Marionnette – Pinocchio inspired restaurant, best options here are chicken salad and roasted chicken.
Billy Bob’s Country Western Saloon – best keto option here is a Platter to Share with ham, sausage, cheese and olives. Leave out the Doritos.
Billy Bob’s Buffet – another place where you can mix and match your food.
Best Keto & Low-carb Options at Disney Village
The Steakhouse – one of the easier place to find keto options. Large selection of meat, filet, entrecote, tartare, burgers.
Annette’s Diner – American diner. Best options: bun-less burger and caesar salad.

Best Keto & Low-carb Options at Disney Studios Park
Bistrot Chez Rémy – Ratatouille inspired restaurant, serving french cousine – you can find here a few recipes involving steak or chicken.
Stark Factory – near the Advengers Camp – best option here is the REFUEL BOWL.
PYM Kitchen – buffet restaurant.
Keto & Low-carb Options at Food trucks at Disneyland Paris
Unfortunately, Food trucks mainly sell fried foods and treats or other no keto-friendly products.
The only keto products you will find are drinks:
- Espresso
- Coffee
- Thea
- Sugar-free Cola

Easy to find. You will find espresso, coffee and the in any restaurant, cafe and food track.
Bring your own sweetener, as you won’t find it in Disneyland.

Keto & Low-carb beverages at Disneyland Paris
Any restaurants, food truck and cafe serve sugarfree beveages, such as sugar-free cola.
Restaurants serve wine. Read the best wines for the keto diet.
Can I find sugar-free sweets at Disneyland Paris?
Unfortunately, all the cute Disney-themed sweets that are sold at the food trucks contain sugar.
Currently, at Disneyland, you cannot find any sugar-free cookie or dessert.
Keto & Low-carb Souvenirs
At Disneyland, the eatable souvenirs such as cookies and candies contain sugar. The only eatable souvenir is the, sold in nice packages. Not much choice for our keto friends, but some of tea packages are really cute.
Conclusions
Eating keto & Low-carb at Disneyland Paris is possible, even if mentally hard, as you will feel tempted by all the happy food. Meal courses are very easy to deal with, as restaurants offeres numerous keto and low-carb options. For small snacks, I’d recommend bring with you small foods, such as bars, chocolates.
Bring with you also your own sweetener or sauces if you cannot live without.
