At Mcdonald’s, you can have a meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and this is very convenient.

How to order keto and low-carb at McDonald’s in the Netherlands
Here are a few points to order while you place an order at McDonald’s.
- Do not order a menu, because it comes with fries.
- Order only beef burgers, because the chicken/fish burgers are crispy and high in carbs.
- If you can, stay away from the sauces. Not always is possible to skip the ketchup or mayo, but special sauces, such as BBQ, are easy to remove from the totem.
- If you can, leave out the bun while ordering, also at the totem. Sometimes the cheese sticks to the bun and it’s hard to scrub out the cheese from the bread.
- If it is not possible to skip the sauces, try wiping the burger with a tissue if you wish.
- Order only sugar-free drinks or water.

The following options are available only for breakfast, so after a certain time, you cannot order them anymore. Remove the bun from all the following options and you will have your keto meal.
The breakfast options are quite small, so notice that once the bun is off, what is left to eat is smaller than what you expect.

Focus on the beef burgers. Do not order a full menu, but a single burger.
If you are ordering or picking up you can also have the option to not have the bread. If it is not the case, toss the buns afterward. I always prefer to order an entire burger with the buns and remove them later because the buns keep the burgers in place.
Here below I’ve included the most popular options in every Mcdonald’s. Of course, toss the buns, and try to remove the sauces in excess.
