The founder is Luka Bresseel. He started the company with the goal to support people following a keto lifestyle by providing healthy snacks. The company is also passionate about helping people reduce their sugar intake.

Okono doesn’t have a large range of products but has the right ones.
Chocolate boxes are available in 5 flavors.
Granola, in 3 flavors.
Hazelnut spread, keto-friendly (9 net carbs per 100 gr)
Coconut spread, (11,4 net carbs per 100 gr)
Breadmix a mix of seeds that you can mix to bake your bread.
Pure MCT oil 80% C8 and 20% C10.
Keto snack bars are available in 4 flavors, all with only 3 nets carbs.
They also sell for a special price a starter pack, that contains all these products.
The ingredients
The ingredients in Okono’s products are free from sugar, gluten, lactose, and soy. The whole assortment is vegan. They write all the ingredients on the website, so you can check them before purchasing.
Overall, I am impressed by how the ingredients are very clean, which is better for our body but also for our food experience since you cannot taste any aftertaste like happens with some other brands.
The macros
All the products are keto-friendly. The nutritional values are on their website. The macros are keto-legit.
The shipping
Okono ships to Belgium and Netherlands. They ship very fast: I did my order in the morning and the next day I received the package.
My experience with Okono
My favorite products are the Chocolates and the bars.
I ordered a Variety Box of Chocolate so that I could try all the flavors. I love chocolate and I trust the Belgian quality. The 5 flavors are:
75% Dark Chocolate Cacao Nibs
70% Dark Chocolate Chilli
42% Vegan White Chocolate Macadamia Nuts
70% Dark Coffee Chocolate with MCT
58% Vegan Milk Chocolate
A variety pack contains 2 bars of each flavor, so 10 bars in total. Each bar weighs 50 grams. The carbs per bar differ from 0,5 to 1,5 Net Carbs.
The chocolate is tasty and my favorite is the white chocolate with Macadamia nuts. The most particular is the one with chili.
The 4 flavors of the snack bars are Crunchy Peanut, Almond Coconut, Double Chocolate, and Almond Lemon.
All the bars have 3 net carbs. The texture is soft but a bit crunchy.

Okono chocolate VS Funky Fat Foods
When I ordered the Okono Chocolate I wondered about the differences between these two brands. The main difference is that all the chocolate from Funky Fat Foods has MCT oil in it, while Okono chocolate contains MCT only in the coffee flavor. For the rest, the chocolates are both tasty and practical as a snack on the go.
Okono Keto products: Final conclusions
Okono has many Keto products and I expect this company to grow in the near future, adding more and more snacks. The starter pack is a great deal for those who are starting a keto diet, especially because they have their own MCT. The tastes of the chocolates are very original and I will order more.
