Healthy Banana Chocolate Muffins

Healthy Banana Chocolate Muffins: easy and fast to prepare.

Ingredients

For 6 muffins:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gr flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, I used lean cocoa powder Prozis
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 40 ml milk, I used protein milk Muscle Meat
  • Optional: sweetener, to taste

Tools Needed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a food processor or stand mixer, blend all the ingredients, starting with the bananas.
  • Divide the batter evenly into 6 muffin cups.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  • Let them cool, then sprinkle with powdered erythritol.
  • Serve with sugar-free jam or protein cream.
