Almond Milk
Almond milk is the most popular keto milk. The brands producing almond milk are many, but check the labels to ensure is sugar-free.
You can find roasted, unroasted, and rain feed almond milk.
In general, sugar-free almond milk is 0 carb, but quite low on protein (around 0,5 gr per 100 ml).
