Keto at the Persian Restaurant

Having a delicious keto meal is possible at the Persian Restaurant. The tastiness of the food is something really special. I love how the meat is tender and juicy. Persian spices are different from the kind I use in my daily life, and they are well-balanced in veggie-based recipes.

There are many keto and low-carb choices at the Persian Restaurant, for example:

  • Grilled meat
  • Grilled vegetable dishes
  • Omelets with herbs
  • Yogurt & Spices dips

Notice that many appetizers and main recipes are served with rice or bread.
The following are the most popular keto-friendly recipes you can find at the Persian Restaurant.

My favorite keto options at the Iranian Restaurant

My favorite food at the Persian Restaurant is meat. I suggest ordering a mix with many types, so you can discover your favorite. I also suggest ordering veggies. The grilled veggies are very tasty. Also, I loved the cucumbers, spiced with dry mint.

Persian Restaurants I love (in the Netherlands)

So far, I tried 2 Persian Restaurants (both in Amsterdam) and I love them.

The Aardige Peers: famous as the best Persian Restaurant in Amsterdam. Is quite small, but cozy and traditional. It may not be the best for a group reservation.

Manoto: Bigger that The Aardige Pers, so ideal for big groups.
