Healthy Banana Chocolate Muffins: easy and fast to prepare.
Ingredients
For 6 muffins:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 100 gr flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, I used lean cocoa powder Prozis
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 40 ml milk, I used protein milk Muscle Meat
- Optional: sweetener, to taste
Tools Needed
- Kitchen robot or food processor
- 6 Muffin cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a food processor or stand mixer, blend all the ingredients, starting with the bananas.
- Divide the batter evenly into 6 muffin cups.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Let them cool, then sprinkle with powdered erythritol.
- Serve with sugar-free jam or protein cream.
