This bowl is high protein, inspired by Çılbır, a Turkish dish.
Ingredients
For 1 bowl:
- 50 g low-fat ground beef
- 140 g chickpeas
- 1 egg
- Salt and spices, to taste
Yogurt dressing:
- 100 g 0% fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ garlic clove (or more if you like it extra garlicky)
Tools Needed
- 1 pan
- 1 kitchen robot, for the dressing
Procedure
- In a pan, cook the ground beef with salt and your preferred spices.
- Add the chickpeas to the pan and cook them together with the beef for a few minutes.
- Transfer everything to a bowl.
- Poach the egg separately.
- Mix the yogurt with the garlic to make the dressing.
- Place the poached egg on top and add the garlic yogurt.
- Serve imemdiately
