High Protein Overnight Oats

High Protein Overnight Oats: easy to make, great breakfast.

Ingredients

For 1 overnight oats:

  • 15 gr rolled oats
  • 10 gr oat bran (optional, for extra fiber)
  • 5 gr chia seeds
  • 1 scoop WHEY protein powder (use any flavor you like!)
  • 60 gr 0% greek yogurt
  • 50-60 ml milk
  • Sweetener of choice

Extra ingredients to be added, pair them with the whey flavor you chose – see notes below.

Tools Needed

  • 1 jar for overnight oats – I use THESE and I love them

Procedure

  • Add all the ingredients to a jar, mix well, until smooth. Add extra milk or yogurt, if the consistence is too sandy.
  • Add optional toppings, see notes.
  • Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours, or better, overnight.
  • Enjoy!

Customize your oatmeal with they flavored whey you like, and extra toppings.

  • Fresh fruit: berries, banana, apple, mango,…
  • Nut butters: peanut, almond, cashew,…
  • Chocolate: dark chocolate, cacao nibs, cocoa powder, or chocolate chips
  • Sweeteners & spices: honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg
  • Crunch & texture: granola, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, seeds, protein puffies
