Autumn 2025 New Finds. This Autumn I’m keeping things simple and protein-packed.
If you follow my daily IG stories, you probably know I tend to eat the same usual go-to meals (and my favorite easy recipes/meal preps are always available HERE on the blog!).
Still, trying new foods helps me refresh my meals, stay inspired in the kitchen, and find products I can genuinely recommend.
I’ll keep sharing what I like here.
Here’s everything I’ve been trying recently.
🥣 High-Protein Treats
Danone Hi-Pro Pudding – Pistache

High-protein puddings are everywhere these days, but this one from Danone is a must-try if you love pistachio! Each serving packs 20g of protein and honestly feels like a treat. Available also in other flavors.
Chocomel Protein

I cannot believe it, even Chocomel is joining the protein trend! Each bottle has 25g protein and tastes amazing. A perfect mix of indulgence and nutrition.
Protein Pops

Available at Jumbo as a high-protein cereal, they are crunchy, satisfying, and a great snack. Check out my full review here.
🍗 Protein Meals & Meat
Muscle Meat Chicken & More

A friend recommended Muscle Meat chicken, and now I order it regularly. The chicken is tender and flavorful.
Fit Meals – Salmon Teriyaki Fusilli

I’m a regular consumer of Fit Meals, but this new bagged version blew me away. 40g of protein per meal, convenient for days when meal prep is over and I don’t want to cheat or cook.
Absolutely buying again.
🥗 Soups & Warm Comfort Foods
Albert Heijn Soups
I’m currently in my soup era, perfect for cozy, warming meals. Soups are a great way to fill my belly without adding too many calories, making them a satisfying and light addition to any meal.
The AH soups are low in calories but still satisfying.
💊 Supplements & Boosters
Creatine Tabs

A total lifechanger! I took these on my trip and loved them, just 3 tabs cover my daily dose of creatine. Plus, no more “Pablo Escobar incidents” at airport security, lol.
🍷 Drinks & Extras
Pure the Wine

I first tried this during keto, but recently revisited it thanks to a collaboration with this company.
Made in Italy, it has no carbs and no sugar, making it perfect for days you want to enjoy life while keeping calories on track. Definitely a keeper! Check out my review here.
Cola Zero Protein – Muscle Meat

The Protein Cola is available in selected Jumbo supermarkets or on the Muscle Meat website.
Each 500 ml can contains 20 g of protein. The flavour is milder than regular cola and it’s less fizzy, but I like it and would buy it again.
Have you tried any of these products? Do you have any products to recommend?

Hi, I’m Simona! After experiencing the restrictions of keto, I’m now enjoying a balanced diet that brings freedom and happiness to my eating habits.
You find me on Instagram, Pinterest, and sometimes on Facebook.
I also write a lot of keto recipes on my Italian blog keto-with-simona.
