Banana Oat Cookies: healthy and delicious.
Ingredients
Makes 6 cookies:
- 1 ripe banana
- 100 g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- A few drops of your favorite sweetener
- 1 pinch of salt
- (Optional) sugar-free chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add oats, peanut butter, sweetener, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in any optional add-ins.
- Divide the mixture into 6 cookies on the tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges turn lightly golden.
- Let them cool on a rack before serving.
