Healthy Banana Oat Cookies

Banana Oat Cookies: healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

Makes 6 cookies:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • A few drops of your favorite sweetener
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • (Optional) sugar-free chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  3. Add oats, peanut butter, sweetener, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in any optional add-ins.
  5. Divide the mixture into 6 cookies on the tray and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges turn lightly golden.
  7. Let them cool on a rack before serving.
