What I Eat in April 2025 | Favorite Meals

Date

Last month, I started following MyFitnessPal’s recommendation of 1,500 calories per day, regardless of my workouts.

Everything was going really well, and I was seeing great progress with my weight loss. However, towards the end of the month, I had a few days where I overate and struggled to stay consistent.

It turns out that buying Easter chocolate eggs and believing I could eat them in moderation was a mistake.

My goal for next month is to get back to discipline and consistency, witouth extreme restrictions, just balance!

Lately, I have been loving pairing the protein mais crackers with cottage cheese and fruit.
I’m obsessed with kiwis right now, but strawberries and blueberries are also amazing this time of year.

Whenever I can, I also like to fast until lunch, and a good protein coffee really helps me stay full and energized until then.

I have been eating lot of 0% fat yogurt paired with fruit and berries lately. It’s super tasty, keeps the calories low, and makes a high-protein, filling snack.
