Keto Friendly Protein Loops Prozis Cereals

Review of the last arrival Prozis: the Keto Friendly Protein Loops Cereals.

It’s quite odd, but whenever I see a keto product, I can’t resist buying it — even though I haven’t followed keto in years.
I think it comes from the time when I was on keto and there was almost nothing I could eat.

But this product is also high protein and without added sugar, so it fits quite well my current lifestyle.

Taste and Texture

Texture is hard and crunchy (ythey are cracking when you bite). They tend to break, in the bag i saw some broken already, and some dust. so the texrtue is quite breakable, but i havent had problems while filling my bowl.

There is only one taste as of now, cocoa. the taste is not intense at all, but quite delicate.
Compared to other cereals with intese chocolate taste, this is not it. I would have preferred more chocolate taste, but the taste is pleasant.

Nutritional Values of the Keto Friendly Protein Loops Prozis Cereals

Per 100g:

483 kcal
10g carbs
29g fat
39g protein

Per 39 gr (1 portion):

188 calories, 3,9 gr carbs, 11,3 gr fat, 15 gr protein

Compared to the other brands, they have slightly more calories, more fats but less carbs and more protein.

Ingredients

Protein Blend (WHEY Protein Isolate, Acid CASEIN (MILK), Tapioca Starch, Anti-Caking Agent (Calcium Carbonate)), Sunflower Oil, Inulin, Cocoa Powder (2.1%), Natural Flavourings, Antioxidant (alpha-Tocopherol), Salt, Sweetener (Sucralose) .

Yay or Nay?

Taste could have been more chocolatty, but overall these cereals are a great alternative to other brands that I reviewd here in the website, because they do contain more protein as they promise.

For sure, this is Great for keto people as carbs are very low, and high in fat., and taking also a good intake of protein.
