Ingredients
For 4 rolls:
- 100 gr flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 gr unflavored WHEY protein powder PROZIS | code SIMONAZ
- 200 gr cottage cheese
- A pinch of salt
For Topping (Optional):
- Egg whites (for brushing)
- Sesame seeds
Tools Needed
- Large bowl or stand mixer
- Baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Food Gloves (optional, for shaping the dough)

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl or stand mixer, mix the flour, baking powder, whey protein, cottage cheese, and salt until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape them into rolls.
- Brush the tops with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Place the rolls on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving.
