Reindeer Cookies: the cutest (and easiest!) holiday treat you’ll make this season. Cute, crunchy, chocolatey, aaand festively delicious.
These Reindeer Cookies are not your typical high-protein, sugar-free holiday treat, but ridiculously delicious. Oh! And they’re not even that bad: each one is only 85 calories – can fit your daily calories, right?
I used classic Biscoff cookies (yes, the sugary kind), but gave the recipe a little “lighter twist” with sugar-free Smarties and chocolate.
Ingredients (makes 8 cookies)
- 8 Rectangular cookies – I used Lotus Biscoff – feel free to use any rectangular-shape cookies
- 50 gr Melted sugar-free milk chocolate Funky Fat Foods
- Pretzels, to break in half
- Sugar eyes
- Sugar-free Smarties
Tools Needed
- 1 microwave safe bowl to melt the chocolate
- 1 sheet parchment paper
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and dip half of each cookie.
- While the chocolate is still soft, add the sugar eyes.
- Break a pretzel in half and place the pieces as horns.
- Finish with a Smarties nose!
