Protein Bread Rolls

Soft, protein-packed, and perfect for a nutritious snack or meal!

Ingredients

For 4 rolls:

For Topping (Optional):

  • Egg whites (for brushing)
  • Sesame seeds

Tools Needed

  • Large bowl or stand mixer
  • Baking tray lined with parchment paper
  • Food Gloves (optional, for shaping the dough)

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl or stand mixer, mix the flour, baking powder, whey protein, cottage cheese, and salt until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape them into rolls.
  4. Brush the tops with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  5. Place the rolls on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Make it Keto

To make it keto, replace the flour with almond flour.
