Chocolate dates hearts: No-bake • fiber-rich • healthy fats
Ingredients
For 20-30 pieces:
- 240 g pitted dates
- 40 g walnuts
- 40 g almonds
- 40 g shredded coconut
- 1 spoon vanilla extract
- Sugarfree Chocolate, I used Chocolate Funky Fat Foods
- Optional: sugar sprinklers

Instructions
Add all the ingredients (except the chocolate and sprinkles) to a food processor and blend until you get a smooth, uniform dough.
Form the dough into heart shapes and place them in the refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes.
Store up to 5 days in the refrigerator.Meanwhile, melt the chocolate. Dip the chilled hearts into the melted chocolate and place them on a cooling rack to set.
Decorate with sugar sprinkles if you like
