Lotus Ice Cream Sandwich: easy, delicious treat packed with 11gr protein.
Ingredients
For 5 ice cream sandwiches:
- 10 Lotus cookies, (don’t be shocked, one cookie has only 37 calories!)
- 200 gr Greek Yogurt 0% fat
- 1 scoop WHEY protein powder, you can use your favorite flavor
- 30 gr Dark Chocolate drops
- Optional: sweetener drops, fro more sweetness
Tools Needed
- 1 bowl
- 1 baking tray
- Parchment paper
Procedure
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, whey, chocolate drops, and optional sweetener. Mix well.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Lay down 5 cookies evenly on the parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the cookies.
- Place the remaining 5 cookies on top, aligning them in the same direction.
- Freeze the tray for 4 hours.
- After freezing, cut into 5 ice cream sandwiches.
