Çılbır-Inspired High Protein Bowl

This bowl is high protein, inspired by Çılbır, a Turkish dish.

Ingredients

For 1 bowl:

  • 50 g low-fat ground beef
  • 140 g chickpeas
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and spices, to taste

Yogurt dressing:

  • 100 g 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ garlic clove (or more if you like it extra garlicky)

Tools Needed

  • 1 pan
  • 1 kitchen robot, for the dressing

Procedure

  • In a pan, cook the ground beef with salt and your preferred spices.
  • Add the chickpeas to the pan and cook them together with the beef for a few minutes.
  • Transfer everything to a bowl.
  • Poach the egg separately.
  • Mix the yogurt with the garlic to make the dressing.
  • Place the poached egg on top and add the garlic yogurt.
  • Serve imemdiately
