My Favorite Protein Iced-Coffees.
Lately, I’ve been making protein iced-coffees at home, and they’ve turned into a little daily treat.
Cold, creamy, and satisfying — it’s a nice way to sneak in some extra protein without feeling like I’m drinking a shake.
I use it as a quick breakfast, a post-workout boost, or an afternoon pick-me-up to crush cravings and keep my energy up.
Here are my My Favorite Protein Iced-Coffees:
XXL Protein Coffee

My favorite for taste is the XXL Protein Iced Coffee , simply D E L I C I O U S. It’s super easy to make — just shake the powder with water or any milk you like, add ice, and it’s ready to go.
One scoop has about 113 calories and gives you 22.9 g of protein.

Prozis Protein Coffee

Prozis also has a wide range of protein coffees. You can make them hot or cold, and they come in lots of flavors like hazelnut latte, cappuccino, caramel latte, mochaccino, and classic latte.
Also for this one, you just need to shake the powder with water or any milk you like, add ice, and it’s ready to go.
The nutrition info varies depending on the flavor, but for example, the caramel latte has around 160 calories and gives you 28g of protein.

Homemade High-Protein Coffee (30-40g Protein!)
Another easy option is to just make your favorite coffee—brew, espresso, whatever you like—then add some milk or water and mix in your go-to whey protein. Add ice cubes.
Simple and customizable with your favorite whey.
Just make sure the coffee isn’t too hot when you add the protein, or it might clump. Let it cool slightly, or blend it for a smoother result.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml low fat milk (for higher protein, or unsweetened almond milk for lower carbs)
- 40 g whey or casein protein (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
- 1 shot espresso (or 100 ml strong brewed coffee)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- Sweetener (if needed)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Blend protein powder with milk until smooth.
- Add espresso, cocoa powder, optional sweetener then blend again.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
Macros (approximate, if using skim milk + whey):
- Protein: 35-40g
- Carbs: ~10-12g
- Fat: ~1-2g
