Ingredients
For 1 bark:
- 50g Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
- 15g Puffed spelt
- 1 scoop WHEY protein powder, you can use your favorite flavor
- Pinch of Salt, optional
Tools Needed
Procedure
- Combine all the ingredients in a single bowl and mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into your chocolate mold, spreading it evenly.
- Place the mold in the freezer and let it set for at least 45 minutes.
- Once firm, carefully remove the bark from the mold.
