Easy, delicious, high in protein!

Ingredients

For 1 mousse:

  • 150 gr Greek Yogurt or Quark
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder- you can choose your favorite whey/flavor
  • Optional: sweetener for a sweeter taste

Instructions

Mix the ingredients until you reach a smooth texture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum or overnight.
