Lotus Ice Cream Sandwich

Lotus Ice Cream Sandwich: easy, delicious treat packed with 11gr protein.

Ingredients

For 5 ice cream sandwiches:

Tools Needed

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 baking tray
  • Parchment paper

Procedure

  • In a bowl, combine the yogurt, whey, chocolate drops, and optional sweetener. Mix well.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Lay down 5 cookies evenly on the parchment paper.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the cookies.
  • Place the remaining 5 cookies on top, aligning them in the same direction.
  • Freeze the tray for 4 hours.
  • After freezing, cut into 5 ice cream sandwiches.
