Ice Creams That Won’t Kill Your Progress. This summer is proving something important: I can enjoy one (or even two 😅) ice creams almost every day without sabotaging my progress.
I often think back to the years I spent on a strict keto diet, constantly craving real ice cream but never allowing myself to have it. Now, it feels so freeing to be able to enjoy something sweet without stepping on the scale the next day and regretting it.
I genuinely believe that, when done in moderation, everything can have a place in a balanced diet—even during a weight-loss journey.
❗ Just a quick note: these ice creams do contain sugar, so if you’re strictly looking for sugar-free options, these might not be the right fit for you.
But if you’re like me—focused on balance over restriction—these might become your new summer obsession too.
Oppo Pro
Deliciously creamy and packed into a convenient single-serving jar.
Available in: Chocolate Brownie and Strawberry Cheesecake.
235 calories per jar (150 gr) + 15 gr protein!
You can find them in Jumbo and Plus Supermarkets.

Oppo Sticks
Only 49 calories per stick and they’re such a nice little treat after dinner. Light, refreshing, and just enough to satisfy that sweet craving without feeling heavy.
They come in 3 fruity flavours: Lemon & Strawberry, Mango & Passion Fruit and Raspberry Coulis Swirl.
You can find them in Albert Heijn.

Albert Heijn Protein
This one has become a staple in my freezer! The Protein Chocolate Ice Cream from Albert Heijn’s own brand is surprisingly good—and even better, it contains no added sugar.
I usually eat half a jar in one sitting (no shame 😅) and it still fits perfectly into my day without killing my progress.
Per 100 gr: 170 calories and 11 gr protein.

Solero
Solero is refreshing yet creamy.
Available in Exotic and Berry Bliss.
Each stick has around 97–98 calories, so it’s easy to enjoy one without overthinking it.
You can find Solero in every supermarket.

FRUUJI
These little ice sorbet sticks are available in Mango and Raspberry, and honestly, they’re tiny but somehow, they calm my cravings.
Each stick has only 66–69 calories, so they’re super easy to fit into your day.
You can find them in Albert Heijn.

Guuud Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream
Think of a refreshing ice cream… but made with yoghurt. It’s surprisingly creamy and satisfying, especially if you’re someone who loves that tangy yoghurt taste in desserts.
Available in Salted Caramel Sauce and Raspberry Sauce.
At only 68 calories per stick, they’re a great light option when you want something a little different from the usual fruity or chocolatey treats.
You can find them in Albert Heijn and Jumbo Supermarkets.

I hope you enjoy this list of Ice Creams That Won’t Kill Your Progress.
