Whey & Egg White Crepes | High Protein

Whey & Egg White Crepes: High-protein, customizable, sweet or savory!

Ingredients

For 1 person:

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder, neutral flavor if you will make them salty
  • 60 ml egg whites
  • 1 spoon erythritol (sweet version) or a pinch or salt (savoury version)

Tools Needed

  • 1 stand mixer (highly recommended to make the mixture fluffly)
  • 1 crepe pan

Instructions

Mix the batter: Mix all ingredients until the batter is smooth and fluffy.
Heat the pan: Lightly oil a crepe pan and warm it up over medium heat.
Cook the crepes: Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat evenly. You can have 3-4 crepes, depending on the size.
Cook each crepe one by one until golden on both sides.
Add your twist: Add your favorite sweet or savory toppings.
