How many times do we eat unhealthy food because we have no other options? No excuses! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many products are sold in a small package: this is<strong> useful when we spend a day outside<\/strong> and we know we are going to need a snack. <strong>Nuts<\/strong> are sold in practical boxes or bags and they won&#8217;t take up much space in your bag. Also, <strong>berries<\/strong> are easy to transport in a small lunchbox. Cheese like <strong>Babybel<\/strong> is very convenient to take with you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more details, read my detailed post about <a href=\"https:\/\/trustnocarb.com\/index.php\/2020\/08\/21\/keto-snacks-easy-to-carry-in-the-bag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">keto snacks easy to transport<\/a>. <br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Buy_canned_sliced_and_frozen_food\"><\/span>Buy canned, sliced and frozen food<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have limited time to prepare your meals, consider buying <em>ready-to-eat <\/em>products. <strong>Olives, salamini, cheese blocks<\/strong>: they will make save time because you don&#8217;t have to cut them but only place them on your plate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider also buying <strong>pre-sliced salad<\/strong>: the cost is naturally higher but a lot of time will be saved. Tuna, sardines in a can, or <strong>pre-cooked fish\/meat<\/strong>: easy to add to a last-minute salad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many supermarkets sell tons of boxes with several appetizers and most of them are keto-friendly! I used them also as appetizers for my friends and I don&#8217;t feel I am even on a low-carb diet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frozen food is a great ally that makes save ton of time. There are many approaches but the most popular is choosing a day in the week and cooking all the meals for 7 days. The meals are stored in food containers in the refrigerator. Keep also <strong>snacks easy to store<\/strong>: If you have a fridge you can store olives and cheese.
