id=\"Ingredients\"><\/span>Ingredients<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 1 overnight oats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>15 gr rolled oats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr oat bran (optional, for extra fiber)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 gr chia seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 scoop <a href=\"http:\/\/prozis.com\/1rtrc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WHEY protein powder<\/a>\u00a0(use any flavor you like!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr 0% greek yogurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50-60 ml milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sweetener of choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Extra ingredients to be added, pair them with the whey flavor you chose<\/em> &#8211; see notes below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tools_Needed\"><\/span>Tools Needed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 jar for overnight oats &#8211; I use <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3LrRom9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">THESE<\/a> and I love them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure\"><\/span>Procedure<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add all the ingredients to a jar, mix well, until smooth.
