id=\"Ingredients\"><\/span>Ingredients<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 4 portions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g lean ground beef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A splash of red vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml tomato sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 g kidney beans (drained)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 g black beans (drained)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp oil (for cooking)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and spices to taste (paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili flakes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tools_Needed\"><\/span>Tools Needed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 big pan <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Meal Prep Boxes, I use\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4fagq3k\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">these<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure\"><\/span>Procedure<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cook the beef:<\/strong> Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.<br><strong>Add vinegar:<\/strong> Pour in a splash of red vinegar and stir.<br><strong>Add tomato sauce:<\/strong> Mix in the tomato sauce, then season with salt and your favorite spices. Let it simmer for a few minutes.<br><strong>Add beans:<\/strong> Add the kidney beans and black beans.
