lentils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g rolled oats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 g protein cheese, I used <a href=\"https:\/\/eatlean.de\/?rfsn=7496057.2ffb0f\">Eatlean grated Cheese<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spices to taste: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tools_Needed\"><\/span>Tools Needed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 large pan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3UcB3mG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Food Gloves<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Instructions\"><\/span><strong>Instructions<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the lentils, or use canned one.
