Track your macros! Here&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/trustnocarb.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/04\/why-and-how-i-track-my-keto-macros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">how I do it!<\/a><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remove_what_is_not_suitable_for_your_diet\"><\/span>Remove what is not suitable for your diet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Especially during the festivities, we end up collecting bad food, such as candies and processed foods and most of it survives the celebrations.<br>Plan in advance how to get rid of these products.<br><br>After you removed the bad it&#8217;s time to bring back the good foodie!<br>Stock in greens, good fats, healthy proteins, and the right carbs.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Make_%E2%80%9Chealth_proof%E2%80%9D_your_social_medias\"><\/span>Make &#8220;health proof&#8221; your social media&#8217;s<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Never underestimate the power of visuals.<br><br>To not fall into bad habits after 2 days it&#8217;s very important to make your feed &#8220;health proof&#8221;.<br>Open all your socials and take stock of influencers, people you know, and companies. Do you find them inspiring for the healthy lifestyle you want? <br>Push the unfollow button as needed.
