And I stuck to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I stayed committed to my workouts and meal prep<\/strong>, prioritizing high-protein meals, but I also made room for snacks and the occasional spritz. I kept portions small and made sure the rest of my day was lean and nutrient-dense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I even took a trip to Dublin, enjoyed the food and a few beers\u2014and still saw visible results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This month, I lost around 2 kilos. <\/strong>That\u2019s a big win for me, especially after the slower progress I saw previously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honestly, it feels surreal to be seeing these changes while still eating carbs and pizza. the protein corn crackers with cottage cheese and fruit. <br>I also love the combo with egg whites, to boost the protein.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A staple is low-fat yogurt with berries and my beloved
