However, towards the end of the month, I had a few days where I overate and struggled to stay consistent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It turns out that buying Easter chocolate eggs and believing I could eat them <em>in moderation<\/em> was a mistake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My goal for next month<\/strong> is to get back to <strong>discipline and consistency<\/strong>, witouth extreme restrictions, just the protein mais crackers with cottage cheese and fruit. <br>I&#8217;m obsessed with kiwis right now, but strawberries and blueberries are also amazing this time of year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever I
