Protein keeps me full and supports my fitness goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I track my macros and calories using MyFitnessPal app, which helps me stay consistent. Tracking may sound like a chore, but it\u2019s actually liberating! <br>It lets me enjoy food without guilt because I know how everything fits into my day. If I do exercise, depending on how I feel, I might eat more\u2014anywhere from 1,800 to 2,000 calories if I\u2019m especially hungry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, I still aim to lose weight, so I try to keep myself within 1,500\u20131,800 calories on exercise days, creating a deficit of about 500 calories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s all about balance. I\u2019m not in a hurry to lose fat\u2014<strong>I\u2019m actually enjoying the journey.<\/strong> Being out of keto feels like a breath of fresh air.
