like<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml teriyaki sauce, I used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ah.nl\/producten\/product\/wi388384\/kikkoman-teriyaki-sauce-roasted-garlic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kikkoman<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tools_Needed\"><\/span>Tools Needed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Cutting board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3X4q6oR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">1 Slow Cooker<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Meal Prep Boxes, I use&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4fagq3k\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DF9uJriO0an\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Video procedure here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the chicken breasts the the teriyaki sauce, and the water in the slow cooker. Ensure the chicken is fully coated in the sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using a fork and divide it into meal prep containers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour half of the remaining sauce from the slow cooker in a medium saucepot and discard the other half. Bring the sauce to a boil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water to make a slurry. While the sauce is boiling, whisk in the slurry and continue to boil the sauce until it has thickened and is the consistency of syrup. Pour the sauce over the shredded chicken and toss to combine. Serve the chicken over rice or noodles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve with rice, in tortillas, or in lettuce wraps.
