also perfect for meal prep!<\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ingredients\"><\/span>Ingredients<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 4 portions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FOR THE CHICKEN RAGU<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tsp. oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g chicken breast, minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g tomato sauce, without added sugar, I recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ah.nl\/producten\/product\/wi378629\/heinz-tomaten-gezeefd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Heinz<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and desired spices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>FOR THE PROTEIN CHEESE SAUCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g cottage cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g egg whites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp. sea salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp. black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>OTHER INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>120 g lasagna sheets ( I used 6 sheets &#8211; I used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ah.nl\/producten\/product\/wi210489\/de-cecco-lasagne-all-uovo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">De Cecco<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 g shredded Parmesan or low-fat cheese, such as EATLEAN (code: TRUSTNOCARB)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tools_Needed\"><\/span>Tools Needed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 pot (for the chicken ragu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kitchen robot (to mix the protein cheese sauce)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 medium <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3VGIcN8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Rectangular lasagna pan<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Meal Prep Boxes, I use&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4fagq3k\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">these<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Instructions\"><\/span>Instructions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DDo1dfQOixT\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Video recipe here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chicken ragu<\/strong>. Add the oil to a pan on a high heat. Add the onion, saut\u00e9 for 5 minutes, until brown.<br>Next, add the chicken, minced, break it up as finely as possible, using a spatula.<br>Add salt and desired spices. When the chicken is cooked, add in the tomato sauce and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protein Cheese Sauce<\/strong>. Whisk cottage cheese, egg whites, salt and pepper, better with a kitchen robot, until dense. Set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat the oven at 200\u00b0C or 180\u00b0C fan-assisted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assemble the lasagna<\/strong>. In a loaf pan, alternate the ragu and cheese sauce with lasagna sheets.<br>Soften the lasagne sheets in hot water before layering them in the pan. Adjust their size and shape by breaking them into smaller sections to fit perfectly. <br>Complete 2-3 layers. Zucchini or Eggplant Slices, cut lengwise, thin slices. Lightly salt the slices and let them sit to release moisture, then pat dry.Grill or bake them briefly to prevent sogginess in your lasagna<br>2. Low-carb Tortillas.
