Even if I have 2 gym memberships, from time to time I still like to have a sweaty workout at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I worked out at home for many years. I started working out at home when I was a young teenager, with a book by Jane Fonda, (if you are curious about the exercises, I found a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fwQ1PrED9IE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">video here<\/a>).<br>In my late 20s, I tried Jillian Michaels&#8217;s workouts, and in the past years, I tried A LOT of home workouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I home-trained so much, that I decided to share with y&#8217;all my favorite workouts because <strong>there is good stuff out there<\/strong> &#8211; you don&#8217;t need a gym to have a badass workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_I_love_working_out_at_home\"><\/span>Why I love working out at home<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can give amazing results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is cheaper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doesn&#8217;t involve going out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can go straight to shower, in your house.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can exercise anytime, and a small space is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nobody is watching you, besides family or pets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"My_essentials_from_working_out_from_home\"><\/span>My essentials from working out from home<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are my essentials for a proper home workout:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mat: don&#8217;t save money on the mat, you need a good one, that will stay in place. Gamechanger. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dumbbell set: If you have money and space to invest, I suggest you a full set. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elastic bands: for booty gains, trust the elastic band.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fitbit: This is essential to my life, not only during my workouts. You will love this fun workout.
