infection<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inflammation plays a vital role in healing, but many experts believe inflammation may lead to a wide range of chronic diseases.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_the_keto_diet_reduces_inflammation\"><\/span>How the keto diet reduces inflammation?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The keto diet promotes the consumption of anti-inflammatory foods while demoting the consumption of inflammatory foods.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure foods)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soda and other beverages containing sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Red meat and processed meat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unhealthy fats like margarine and lard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corn, safflower and soybean oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starchy vegetables (such as potatoes, and sweet potatoes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High-fructose fruits (such as bananas, and pineapple)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Processed and fast class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>If you follow a keto or a low-carb diet, you won&#8217;t have to do great efforts.<br><br>Avoiding sugars and <strong>processed carbohydrates is already a big step<\/strong>.<br><br>But if you want to take the benefits to the highest level I have some tricks.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buy high-quality fish and meat<\/strong>: supermarkets in the Netherlands usually don&#8217;t have great choices. <br>There are many farms selling fresh meat online. <a href=\"https:\/\/trustnocarb.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/13\/where-to-find-grass-fed-meat-in-the-netherlands\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Read here where to find grass-fed meat in the Netherlands.<\/a><br>I suggest buying the fish at a good fish market. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Focus on healthy fats: nuts, avocados, tomatoes,<\/strong> and olive oil rather than unhealthy fats. Don&#8217;t buy them.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avoid the pre-made sauces<\/strong> and try to create your own instead.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stock your kitchen with <strong>berries<\/strong> and have a portion every day.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider <strong>meal prep<\/strong>, because a lot of cooking will be involved and you may want to save your time.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><br>A ketogenic diet cuts off sugars, processed carbs, and many inflammatory products.
