I love how she enriched this cakes with small details: the gold-glittered heart cookie, the colorful rosette, the glittered strawberries, and on top, pastel sprinkles. Aaaaand the inside is pink!

✨Per la base dei Pan di Stelle
60 g farina di mandorle
70 g eritritolo
30 g cacao in polvere (senza zucchero)
1 uovo
30 ml olio vegetale
1 cucchiaio aroma di nocciola
1 pizzico sale
1/2 cucchiaino lievito alimentare

✨Per la glassa chetogenica senza zucchero
3 cucchiai eritritolo (a velo)
Qualche goccia acqua

🌟Mischia gli ingredienti fino a ottenere una pasta omogenea.
Stendi la pasta tra due fogli carta forno, ottenendo uno spessore di circa 4 mm. Lascia riposare la pasta in frigo per 20-30 minuti.
Realizza le basi biscotto con la formina circolare. Cuoci a 180 per 7-8 minuti (forno statico).  Lascia raffreddare completamente i biscotti, prepara la glassa cheto con l’eritritolo a velo con qualche goccia di acqua.
Con uno stuzzicadenti disegna le stelle sopra i biscotti! I Pan di Stelle chetogenici sono pronti!

INGREDIENTI

💋Per i baci:

50 g cioccolato fondente senza zucchero @funkyfatfoods
1 cucchiaio burro (grassfed)
65 g granella di nocciole
1 cucchiaio da tavola aroma di vaniglia
12 nocciole intera

Per la copertura:

100 g cioccolato fondente senza zucchero

ISTRUZIONI

In una ciotola, squaglia a bagnomaria 50 gr di cioccolato fondente senza zucchero con il burro.
Aggiungi la granella e l’aroma. Mischia e fai riposare in freezer per 15 min.
Crea le praline, aggiungi una nocciola in cima e lasciale riposare in freezer per altri 15 min.
Squaglia il rimanente cioccolato, immergi le praline, lasciale asciugare su una griglia.
