They are sugar free e perfect for a ketogenic diet.
If you use Agar Agar instead of Gelatine, they are also suitable for vegans.
- 1 tablespoon powdered gelatine
- 30 ml water
- 120 ml Champagne, Cava or Prosecco
- Stir the gelatine into the water and cook for 5 minutes
- Add the Champagne
- Let the gelatine cool down a bit
- Pour the gelatine into the mould
- Allow the gelatine to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
