If you have some Champagne/Cava/Prosecco leftovers from the new year, I suggest you to make these Keto Champagne Gummy Bears.

They are cute, instagrammable and you will love chewing them.

They are sugar free e perfect for a ketogenic diet.
If you use Agar Agar instead of Gelatine, they are also suitable for vegans.

These Champagne Gummy Bears are keto, sugar free but also cute, and very instagrammable.


  • 1 tablespoon powdered gelatine
  • 30 ml water
  • 120 ml Champagne, Cava or Prosecco


  1. Stir the gelatine into the water and cook for 5 minutes
  2. Add the Champagne
  3. Let the gelatine cool down a bit
  4. Pour the gelatine into the mould
  5. Allow the gelatine to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!

How to store the Champagne Bears

You can store the keto champagne gummies at room temperature into an airtight container. They keep good for few days.
