The nutrition calculation may vary depending on the ingredients you use. I did the calculation according to the ingredients I used.

Size of the cauliflower

Choose a medium cauliflower. If it’s too small or too big, you’ll have to adjust the portion of beef. A medium cauliflower will serve perfectly 300 grams of beef.

Ground beef

Spice your mince as you fancy. Don’t add eggs or liquids, because you will need a solid mince to build up your head.
I used salt, pepper, garlic, Italian spices, and some grated cheese.

How to boil the eggs to make the eyes

To make the eyes scarier and more credible, make some crepes in the eggs using a spoon. Don’t be too hard or you will break them. Boil in a pan with red-colored water. I used a sugar-free food color. You will have a red veins eye.

How to build the severed head

How to make the eyes

Cut in half 2 boiled eggs. You will need the parts with small holes. Attach to the side of the hole a quarter of an olive.
In my experience, I will say a green olive is more credible than a black one. Therefore, if you have the green one, use it. To make sure the olive will stick to the egg, use some mayo. I also added some grated cheese.

How to attach the eyes

Push the eggs into the mince. You will need some patience to stick to it.

How to fix the eyes if the fall during the cooking

During my cooking, one of the eyes fell from the head. I waited for the whole cooking, and attach it back with more cheese and mayo.

Ideas to serve

Serve this dish to your guest, building the whole experience. Some decorations to make the dinner more gruesome are:

  • Knife stick to the cauliflower
  • More blood
  • Creepy side dishes
  • Fake fingers
