I have found 3 Keto-friendly salads AH, ready to eat. You just need a fork. Some days we don’t have time to prepare a meal for the next day or we forget our lunch box on the kitchen counter.
In AH there are many salads, but some of them are integrated with pasta or potatoes or they contain only lettuce and a sauce, so they don’t do much for making us full. I have selected the 3 best in terms of calories, macros, and filling properties. Plus factor: they are also yummy!
Skip the bread aisle, the croissants shelves, and the donuts rack and search for these products in the fridge.
AH Groene Salade asperge ham
This is a salad with white asparagus, an hard boiled egg and ham. Contains only 1,5 carbs per 100 gr.
For 255 is 252 calories, 19,13 grams fat, 2,83 grams carbs and 15,3 grams proteins.
AH Lunchsalade Tonijn
Salad with tuna, a hard-boiled egg, olives, and vinaigrette sauce. The salad has 2gr carbs and 11 grams of fat for 100 grams. For 255 grams you get 344 calories, 28,05 fat, 5,1 gr carbs, 17,85 gr proteins.
Salad with mozzarella, pesto-vinaigrette sauce, tomatoes and roasted pumpkin seeds. The carbs for 100 grams are 3,5 gr and 14 gr fat. For 250 grams you get 375 cal, 32,5 grams fat, 5 grams carb and 15 proteins.
I am not sure whether all 3 of them are available at every AH or at the AH to go but it’s worth checking.
Keep in mind these options when you cannot cook something or your fridge is empty.
